EMERGEN-C REVIEW W/SAMPLE

When walking through the pharmacy section of your local grocery store you may have ran across a product called Emergen-C. Emergen-c claims to contain 1600% of your daily value of vitamin c, 416% of your daily vitamin b12, and 500% of the recommended vitamin b6. All that and the fact that it contains over 7 b vitamins and no caffeine makes it a way to get that "no crash" energy boost, Or that's what I have read.

DID IT WORK FOR ME?
The fact is I have tried many products which claim to give you energy and they have failed to give me anything but an ache in my wallet. Emergen-C honestly didn't turn out any different than the others, it simply didn't work for me. However, that is not to say that Emergen-c won't work for you.

Taste?
Now that I have briefly covered a little about the benefits of Emergen-c let's talk about flavor. Emergen-c has over 20 varieties to choose from. However, although they by no means taste bad I found Emergen-C to be rather flavorless. The little flavor I got with each sip disappeared almost immediately.

PRICE?
when researching the price of Emergen-c I found it ranged between $9 and $15 for a 30 count box. At the time of this post Wal-mart carries the 30 count box for $9.62 at walmart.com. That's around 32 cents a serving, which when compared to other products, like 5 hour energy, could save you a big chunk of change over the course of a year.

VERDICT?
Over all Emergen-c is a great way to get vitamins, even if I didn't get the energy boost they claimed. Also the price is reasonable, although I wouldn't have purchased it without trying it first, and the flavors although not great were by no means bad. I would definitely recommend this product, but don't just take my word for it. Swing on over to  http://www.emergenc.com/free-samples and try it for yourself.
